All the quality of the fresh pasta produced at our factory is found in our PIGI branded products: tagliatelle, tagliolini, spaghetti and other pasta types, made with craftsmanship care and traditional recipes, using ingredients of controlled origin, with exclusively 100% Italian semolina and fresh, free-range eggs.
Every raw ingredient is processed in-house by highly experienced operators capable of transmitting all the authentic flavours of the fresh pasta of our region. Our PIGI branded products are aimed at small to medium-scale distributions.
The products have a shelf life of 70 days at +4°C for single pasteurized products, and 120 days at +4°C for double pasteurized products.
