Respectful of the recipes handed down from generation to generation, of the origin of raw ingredients and of craft production techniques, we produce high quality Bergamo casoncelli stuffed pasta, typically flavoured scarpinocc pasta and creste scalvine stuffed pasts that transmits all the taste of the valley of Val di Scalve.
Our PIGI branded products are aimed at small to medium-scale distributions.
The products have a shelf life of 60 days at +4°C.
